These terms apply to tprmpodcast.com and the episodes, show notes and artwork published on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The show is not advice

The TPRM Podcast is a conversation programme. Episodes contain the opinions and recollections of the host and guests, offered for general interest and discussion.

Nothing on this site is professional security, legal, financial or compliance advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship of any kind. Security decisions depend on your own systems, obligations and risk tolerance. Do not act on something you heard in an episode without qualified advice specific to your situation.

Guests speak for themselves

Guests appear in a personal capacity. Their views are their own and are not the views of The TPRM Podcast, of the host, or of any employer, client or organisation a guest is associated with, past or present. Mentioning a company or product is not an endorsement of it.

Accuracy

Episodes capture a conversation at a particular moment. Security moves quickly, and something accurate when recorded may be out of date by the time you hear it. We do not promise that anything on the site is complete, current or free of error, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Sponsorship

The show may be sponsored, and sponsors are identified as such on the relevant episode pages. Sponsorship does not give a sponsor control over editorial content or over what guests say.

Using our content

The episodes, show notes, written material, artwork and branding on this site belong to The TPRM Podcast or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You are welcome, without asking, to:

• listen to and share links to episodes;
• quote a short passage for commentary, criticism, reporting or teaching, with attribution to The TPRM Podcast and a link back.

Please ask first before you:

• republish an episode or a transcript in full or in substantial part;
• use the audio, video or artwork in your own product, course or marketing;
• use the name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you;
• use any of it to train a machine learning model.

Guest photographs and company logos remain the property of their respective owners and are not covered by any permission we can give.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this site or its hosting, or use it to distribute unlawful or malicious material. Given the subject matter, it is worth saying plainly: an interest in security research is welcome, attacks on this site are not. If you find a vulnerability, we would genuinely like to hear about it at toni@tprmpodcast.com.

This site links to podcast platforms, sponsors, guests and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their practices.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The TPRM Podcast, the host and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on anything published here. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed substantively, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
